Paul Frederick

Paul Frederick has held senior global Chief Human Officer Resources and Chief Administrative Officer executive corporate and consulting leadership positions in the Industrial and Service sectors. Within these sectors, he has performed in industrial manufacturing, healthcare, private equity, and retail wealth management, diversified financial services, travel, engineering consulting, and telecommunications. Paul is proficient in all aspects of human resources management. He excels in strategy execution, enterprise-wide change management, executive and management assessment, training, development and coaching, corporate communications, succession planning, and M&A integration. He is a recipient of the Thomas Cook Group (UK) Leadership Award.
He has facilitated the building and sustainability of continuous process improvement, operational excellence, teamwork, sales and service productivity, innovation, and high-performance customer-centric organizational cultures. With over 25 years of International and American executive experience, Paul is recognized for his unique ability and approach to assessing and coaching executive teams in strategy execution that achieves the positioning of their companies for long-term growth and sustained profitability. He is a Certified SuccessFinder Practitioner. Paul innovated and successfully applied a Holistic Business Transformation process for achieving sustainable profit by focusing on the alignment of strategy, process, and people and leveraging technology and communications.
He was the former president of Innovators Alliance, a not-for-profit networking organization for presidents and CEOs of Ontario’s fastest-growing companies that fosters sustained and superior business results through shared knowledge and experience. Paul has served on the Board of the Worldwide Customer Service Society, as well as being a member of The Results Exchange Advisory Board and an International Member of the Advisory Board of Action Systems, Dallas, Texas.
Paul has been a voluntary Human Resources mentor for the Society of Human Resources Management. He holds a Business Management Diploma, Human Resources Certificate, extensive executive development through American Express and Thomas Cook Group internal executive development programs, and is an active participant in the Executive Development Programs: Dartmouth’s Amos Tuck School of Business; Hanover, New Hampshire.
